About the Homestead Food Pantry
Homestead Food Pantry has been serving our community for over 14 years. Since our inception, our primary goal has been to feed anyone in need. One of the most important things we strive to do is to let people know we care about them. They are not just numbers to us; they are individuals we care about. We always try to take the time to speak with them as best as we can in the drive-through.
Serving around 300 families every Saturday can be challenging, but our team of volunteers does a fantastic job ensuring everyone feels welcome and receives the help they need. If you would like to volunteer with us, please call Emory Robertson at 305-989-2242. Volunteer hours are every Saturday (except the first Saturday of each month), from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Please bring your volunteer paperwork so we can confirm and sign off on your hours.
The Pantry drive-through is open every Saturday of the month, except the first Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
